For all business relationships between RK MERECEDOR DEL SOL, SL, as operator of this online shop, and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order

Offers and service descriptions

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Descriptions of services in the online shop as well as in catalogs, brochures or other print media do not constitute a warranty or guarantee. All offers are valid "while stocks last" unless otherwise stated for the products. Otherwise, errors are reserved.

Ordering process and contract conclusion

The customer can select from the range of products in the online shop without obligation and then make a binding offer to purchase by clicking on the "Order with payment" button. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms this. When paying by bank transfer, the contract is concluded when the bank details are provided and the payment request is made. If the payment is not received by the seller within 10 calendar days of the order confirmation being sent, even after a further request, despite being due, the seller can withdraw from the contract and the order is no longer valid and the seller is not obliged to deliver. The order is then completed for the buyer and seller without any further consequences.

Prices

All prices stated on the seller’s website include the applicable statutory sales tax.

Payment terms

The customer can choose from the available payment methods during and before completing the order process. If third parties are commissioned to process the payment, e.g. PayPal, their general terms and conditions apply. The customer is only entitled to a right of set-off if his counterclaims have been legally established or have been recognized by the seller.

Cancellation/withdrawl instructions and consequences

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you have withdrawn from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you.

The customer agrees to receive notifications, emails, etc. for advertising and information purposes. The seller processes the customer's personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with the legal provisions. The personal data provided for the purpose of the order (such as name, email address, address) are used by the seller to optimally fulfill and process the contract. This data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment process.

Miscellaneous

The “money back guarantee” only applies to the introductory treatment. Only one introductory treatment may be purchased per customer. For block treatments, the respective units must be consumed within eight weeks of the start of treatment. Two treatments per week are recommended. For maximum success, we recommend not eating anything for 90 minutes before and after the treatment and only drinking enough water. We only use the latest and best equipment and only the locations listed on this website are licensed “relax and lose weight” branches.

Applicable law, contract language

The place of jurisdiction and performance is the registered office of the seller. German law applies. This does not apply if mandatory consumer protection regulations prevent such application. The contract language is German.
