Our Story – Why We Created “Relax and lose weight“
For many years, we have been focused on the topic of weight loss—especially my husband, who has been searching for ways to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. However, the constant stress and busyness of everyday life made it difficult for him to stick to a diet or exercise program over the long term.
At some point, we asked ourselves: Why does weight loss have to be so exhausting? Why can’t it be done in a relaxed and pressure-free way? These thoughts led us on an exciting journey, during which we discovered an innovative method that makes exactly this possible: losing weight in complete relaxation.
Inspired by this conviction and our own experience, we decided to open our studio—for anyone who wants to feel good in their own skin again, without stress or pressure. Our goal is to show you a way to lose weight in a pleasant and relaxed environment—simple, effective, and with lasting results.
